18,000 square foot, three-story office building in the San Francisco SOMA district. Demolition of existing interiors and new construction of office tenant improvements. Project scope includes new passenger elevator, variable refrigerant conditioning system, top-of-the-line bathroom build-outs and frameless glass office partition walls. Considerable workaround was performed during ongoing operation of retail space on the first floor.
