A 20,000 square foot revitalization project of existing production, repair and distribution center in San Francisco. Edgewood Builders seismically upgraded the building by installing steel moment frames and beams. A full enhancement of utilities systems were added including a climate-controlled HVAC system. The improvements made during this project involved the addition of multiple sets of ADA bathrooms, locations of full corporate kitchenettes, steel mezzanines with wire cable guardrails, glass conference rooms, mechanical roll up doors and a glass sectional roll up garage door. The upgrade also included a luxury lighting fixture package with Title 24 design build engineering as well as full building electrical distribution.
